Loan Origination Dashboard

Pictured to the left are the links on the navigation menu within the Loan Origination Dashboard. Below is their purpose.

• Loan Originator Site - Create, customize, or edit your Loan Originator Site. Client testimonials, which appear on your Loan Originator Site, can also be edited here. The QR Code for your Loan Originator Site is also under this link.
• Originator Digital Card-Pro - Create, customizable, or edit your Online Digital Card. Access questions submitted, manage "live contact links" (phone, text, email, links to your website and social media), and manage optional video uploads and testimonials. This service includes Pro-Marketing Materials.
• Originator Digital Card-Basic - Create, customizable, or edit your Online Digital Card. This service does not include Pro-Marketing Materials.
• Pro-Marketing Materials - The flyers have attractive images that can be customized and display the user's contact information, photo, logo, and a QR Code that opens the user's Online Digital Card or Loan Originator Site when scanned. Users can log in at any time and print flyers. Originator Digital Card-Pro and Loan Originator Site Users have access to Pro-Marketing Materials.
• Meta Keywords and Description – All Originator Digital Card and Loan Originator Site users have access to a "Metadata Interface" that allows them to input relevant keywords and a description of their company.
  • Meta keywords are a specific type of meta tag that appear in the HTML code of a web page and help tell search engines what the page's topic is. Meta keywords are important for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for some search engines because the ranking algorithm uses the meta keywords tag to identify the core topics for the web page.
  • The meta description is a tag in the HTML code that generally informs users with a short, relevant summary. A page's meta description tag is displayed as part of the search snippet in a search engine results page (SERP) and is meant to give the user an idea of the content within the page and how it relates to their search query.
• Loan Origination Links – Custom hyperlinks that open your Loan Originator Site, Question Box, Pre-Qualification Form, and Loan Application. Distinct from the Loan Originator Site link, the Question Box, Pre-Qualification Form, and Loan Application links only open those forms in the browser, making them ideal compliments to your website or for sending to clients by email.
• Loan Referral Links - Create and view the Loan Referral Links of your associates, such as real estate agents, appraisers, contractors, or anyone else who can refer prospective clients to you. Associate accounts are free. When you set up an associate account, and that associate accepts it, they are emailed custom hyperlinks to your Question Box, Pre-Qualification Form, and Loan Application. These can be used for clients they may have who are seeking a loan or who simply want to ask you a question.
• Loan Processors - Create and view the Loan Referral Links of your loan processor(s). Loan processor accounts are free. When you set up a loan processor account, and that loan processor accepts it, they are emailed custom hyperlinks to your Question Box, Pre-Qualification Form, and Loan Application. These can be used for clients they may have who are seeking a loan or who simply want to ask you a question. If you wish, loan processors can also update the status of loans in your pipeline in the Loan Status Tracker.
• Loan Inquiry Alerts - Designate how to be notified when a client asks a question, requests pre-qualification, or applies for a loan. You or your loan processor can receive an email or a text message, allowing immediate contact with the client.
• Questions Received, Pre-Qualification Requests - Access client questions and pre- qualification requests.
• 1003s – Access client loan applications. You can export them as Fannie Mae 1003 MISMO® v3.4 or FNM v3.2 for use in your Loan Origination Software (LOS). You can also edit them as a 1003 within the Dashboard and print if needed.
• Loan Broker – Update and keep track of the status of loans in your pipeline. You can allow your loan processor to update this section. 1003s can be imported, providing you with a view of all active loan applications. Their status can be updated as they move from origination to closing. The archive section allows you to access archived loan applications.
• Loan officers can invite their broker to view and update their loan activity. When the broker accepts this invitation, this provides them with a limited functionality Free Broker Account. When logging on, the broker can view and update the active loans of all loan officers whose invitations to link they have accepted. If the broker wishes to use LoanSystems to also originate loans, they will need to upgrade to a Paid Loan Originator Account. Loan officers can only link to one broker. When sending the invitation, they must provide the broker’s full name, NMLS number, and email address.
• Account Information - Update your account and payment information.
