LoanSystems was created for mortgage originators to help them market their services and originate loans. Mortgage originators may be lenders, mortgage brokers, and loan officers. LoanSystems helps mortgage originators by streamlining and strengthening their efforts to receive questions, pre-qual requests, and loan applications.
LoanSystems aims to make mortgage originators more accessible and responsive to their clients and associates and more organized and able to update and track the status of loan applications. LoanSystems works smoothly with mortgage originators' current way of doing business and can satisfy their need for an online presence or work harmoniously alongside their existing website and social media pages.
LoanSystems was also designed to make qualifying for and getting a new loan smoother. By helping mortgage originators to be more accessible and responsive and by creating easy-to- use web-based tools, clients and referrals will also be highly pleased.
HomeLoanAgent.com is a fictitious mortgage company name that LoanSystems uses to demonstrate how users can display their logo and link to their website. HomeLoanAgent.com links to LoanSystems and is not affiliated with any mortgage company. The HomeLoanAgent.com name and logo appear on some LoanSystems demo pages.
All loan agents pictured on LoanSystems demo pages are models only, and their names are fictional.
LoanSystems Paid Users include U.S.-based and licensed mortgage originators that set up and maintain a Paid User account in compliance with LoanSystems Terms and Conditions. Paid Users are individuals or institutions that work with borrowers to complete mortgage transactions. They can include lenders, mortgage brokers, and loan officers.
LoanSystems Free Users include loan processors, business, or real estate associates who have received an invitation from a LoanSystems Paid User and have accepted that invitation, which includes their agreement to comply with LoanSystems Terms and Conditions. LoanSystems does not stipulate who a Paid User can set up a Free User account for, but that Free User must accept any such account to be effective, and the Free User agrees to and abide by LoanSystems Terms and Conditions.
A Loan Originator Site is a template-based customizable website that provides what is most essential to originate loans and connect with clients without unnecessary distractions. On mobile devices, Loan Originator Sites display as digital cards. Loan Originator Site accounts have access to Pro Marketing Materials and other powerful features. Setup only takes minutes.
A Loan Originator Site allows you to highlight your services and link clients to your user- friendly pre-qual form and loan application. The moment a client submits a question or loan inquiry, Loan Inquiry Alert notifies you by text or email. Other features include mortgage calculators and the option to display a video and client testimonials. Each Loan Originator Site and Digital Card has a custom web address, https://www.loansystems.com/yourNMLSnumber. Once set up, your custom link can be shared immediately.
Loan Originator Sites can be used to receive pre-qual forms and loan applications (1003s). 1003s can be managed within the Loan Status Tracker or exported to your Loan Origination Software (LOS). The Loan Status Tracker supports Fannie Mae 1003 MISMO® v3.4 and FNM v3.2 file formats.
Originator Digital Cards are template-based customizable webpages designed to introduce you and provide your contact information and "live contact links," clickable from mobile devices to connect to your phone, email, text, website, and social media pages.
LoanSystems offers two digital cards, the Originator Digital Card-Basic and the Originator Digital Card-Pro. With both cards, you can input and manage keywords and your company description to boost your visibility in search engines. Powerful! The Originator Digital Card-Pro provides your contact and company information, "Ask a Question" field, "live contact links," optional video upload, and testimonials. The Originator Digital Card-Basic provides your contact and company information, and "live contact links."
On mobile devices, Loan Originator Sites also display as digital cards.
LoanSystems provides Pro Marketing Materials to Loan Originator Site and Originator Digital Card-Pro accounts, allowing them to choose from dozens of custom flyers for prospective clients and real estate agents. These flyers provide great text options in English and Spanish and can be customized by the user.
Users can log in at any time and print flyers. The flyers provide attractive image options, allow custom image uploads, and display the user's contact information, photo, logo, and a QR Code that opens the user's Digital Card or Loan Originator Site when scanned. These are powerful origination tools!
Pro Marketing Materials can be printed directly or downloaded as .pdf files. Each flyer has a custom link that can be shared, allowing them to be viewed online or downloaded.
Loan Origination Links are a great way to originate more loans. Loan Origination Links are unique hyperlinks that open your online "Ask a Question" form, pre-qual form, and loan application when clicked. They are perfect for mortgage professionals who already have a website and want to make it easier for prospective borrowers to ask questions, request pre- qual, or submit a loan application. Their high level of security will boost your client's confidence.
When you set up a Loan Originator Site, you receive three unique hyperlinks that open your forms. The same forms appear on your Loan Originator Site, but they are configured into their own window for seamless integration with your website. Each page displays your logo if desired, and contact information and can be set to the color of your choosing. One click opens the page when you insert the hyperlink on your website, an associate's website, or your social media pages. When submitted, Loan Inquiry Alert sends you or your loan processor a text or email message, allowing you to follow up immediately.
Loan Referral Links are custom hyperlinks automatically created when you set up a free user account for your business and real estate associates. They make it easy to refer clients to you who may want to ask a question, request pre-qual, or apply for a loan.
When you create a free user account for a business or real estate associate, an email invitation is sent to that associate, including their unique Loan Referral Links. The associate must accept the invitation to become a free user. The hyperlinks in this invitation message open your Loan Originator Site, "Ask a Question" form, pre-qual form, and loan application. They are unique to each associate, so when they are used, you know exactly who referred the client to you. They can be used on their website and social media pages, inserted as hyperlinks on their computer's desktop and emailed or texted to potential clients.
Loan Inquiry Alert sends a text or email message when someone asks a question, requests pre-qual, or applies for a loan, allowing you to make immediate contact. The alert identifies the request type, the requestor's name, and their contact information. You can also allow your loan processor to receive these convenient alerts.
The Loan Status Tracker is a web-based worksheet that allows mortgage originators and processors to view and update the status of loan applications as they move from origination to closing. The Loan Status Tracker displays loan applications received through your Loan Originator Site, Loan Origination Links that you place on your website or social media pages, and Loan Referral Links that you provide to your real estate associates. 1003s can also be imported into the Loan Status Tracker.
The Loan Status Tracker allows you and your loan processor to view all loan applications by the applicant's name, the person who referred them to you, and their status.

Loan origination software is used to process an application for a mortgage loan. Origination generally includes various steps, from taking a loan application to funding the loan. LoanSystems is not loan origination software. LoanSystems was designed to simplify the initial intake of loan applications and allow users to export them smoothly for use within their loan origination software. If desired, LoanSystems can also track the status of loans in the Loan Status Tracker. Paid users can grant access to their loan processors if desired, which allows them to leave notes as the loan progresses toward closing and update the status.
Within the LoanSystems Loan Status Tracker, loans can be updated as they move through the following steps:
• Application Received
• Disclosures Sent
• Loan Submitted
• Loan Approved
• Appraisal Ordered
• Clear-to-Close
• Documents Out
• Loan Funded
These steps do not always take place in this chronological order. LoanSystems allows updates to be made irrespective of the order. Loans can also be updated as Funded, Withdrawn, Cancelled, or Denied.
A QR code, also known as a "quick response" code, is a machine-readable design consisting of a combination of black and white squares, typically used to open a URL (website) or other information that a QR code reader can read. Each LoanSystems Digital Card and Loan Originator Site is provided with a QR code that can be used to promote the user's business.
QR codes can be placed on business cards, flyers, door hangers, or other print materials. Using a QR code is up to the user's imagination. Each LoanSystems paid user is provided with a QR code that launches the user's Originator Digital Cards and Loan Originator Site when scanned.
Pre-approval and pre-qualification are sometimes used interchangeably, but they mean different things. Getting pre-qualified involves providing basic information about a borrower's debt, income, assets, and possibly creditworthiness to a lender or loan officer. This allows the lender to estimate how much that borrower can reasonably be expected to qualify for.
Pre-qualification may not necessarily involve completing a loan application and does not approve a borrower for a loan. It is used as an initial tool to see if the borrower meets the general lending qualifications for the desired amount. This is all subject to confirming the initial details provided.
Pre-approval is much more involved and usually comes after pre-qualification. Pre-approval usually involves filling out a loan application and getting a credit check. It may also involve verifying employment, income, and assets.
LoanSystems provides a pre-qual form on all Loan Originator Sites. They are user-friendly forms that can be filled out in seconds to give the loan officer a general idea of what the client or referral is looking to accomplish. As soon as the client or referral clicks send, the loan officer is sent a text or email message with the basic details, allowing immediate follow-up.
The Uniform Residential Loan Application (or the 1003, after its Fannie Mae form number) is the document that provides lenders with the basic information needed to approve a buyer. It includes details about the buyer, their finances, and the future mortgage. LoanSystems can be used to create and manage 1003s.
New 1003s can also be created within LoanSystems. A LoanSystems pre-qual form can be easily imported into a 1003. The LoanSystems six-step Quick App, designed to be super user- friendly, also imports seamlessly into a 1003.
1003s can be managed within the Loan Status Tracker or exported to your Loan Origination Software (LOS). The Loan Status Tracker supports Fannie Mae 1003 MISMO® v3.4 and FNM v3.2 file formats.
LoanSystems also allows mortgage originators to create personalized pre-qual form links and loan links, known as Loan Referral Links, for their real estate associates. When submitting a pre-qual form or loan application, the mortgage originator is notified by email or text and can see the client's name and the referring associate.
LoanSystems can be used to create and manage 1003s and works seamlessly with the redesigned Fannie Mae Form 1003 MISMO® v3.4 and the prior FNM 3.2 file version, which many loan originators still utilize. The LoanSystems six-step Quick App, designed to be user- friendly, imports seamlessly into a 1003. The Loan Status Tracker is where users can track or update the status of their loans or export the 1003s for management in their LOS.
LoanSystems serves as an intake point for pre-qual requests and loan applications (1003s) but is not Loan Origination Software. LoanSystems allows users to review and even edit 1003s. This allows them to be easily imported into your Loan Origination Software.
