Mortgage Brokers
LoanSystems offers a range of tools and features that can be useful for mortgage brokers and loan officers. These include a Loan Originator Site, Online Digital Cards, Pro Marketing Materials, Metadata Interface, Loan Origination Links, Loan Referral Links, Loan Inquiry Alert, 1003 Export & Import, and Loan Status Tracker.
Loan officers can invite their mortgage broker to view and update their loan activity. When the broker accepts this invitation, this will provide them with a limited functionality Free Broker Account. When logging on, the broker can view and update the active loans of all loan officers whose invitations to link them have been accepted by that mortgage broker. If the broker wishes to use LoanSystems to also originate loans, they will need to upgrade to a Paid Loan Originator Account.
Loan officers can only link to one mortgage broker. When sending the invitation, they must provide the broker’s full name, NMLS number, and email address.
If a loan officer becomes a mortgage broker, they can upgrade their account.
The Loan Status Tracker can help mortgage brokers and loan officers stay organized and on top of all loans as they move from origination to funding. Users can import MISMO® 3.4 or FNM 3.2 files for management as the loan moves forward, and new 1003s can be exported as MISMO® 3.4 or FNM 3.2 files for further management in your LOS.
LoanSystems also provides Pro Marketing Materials to help users generate leads with prospective borrowers and real estate agents. These materials can be easily accessed, edited, and printed. Users can customize them with their own contact information, photo, logo, and a QR Code that opens their Online Digital Card or Loan Originator Site when scanned.
LoanSystems is a comprehensive tool that can help mortgage brokers and loan officers streamline their workflow, improve their marketing efforts, and provide better client service.
